CHANUTE ANNUAL CLEAN-UP & LANDFILL WEEK
APRIL 14TH - APRIL 19TH 2 l CHANUTE

THIS IN AN OPPORTUNITY FOR CITY OF CHANUTE RESIDENTS TO DISPOSE OF ITEMS TOO LARGE FOR NORMAL REFUSE COLLECTION, EXCLUDING TIRES, LEAVES, GRASS CLIPPINGS AND CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING MATERIALS.  ALL ITEMS MUST BE BUNDLED, BAGGED OR BOXED AND PLACES NEXT TO THE CURB.  THERE WILL BE NO ALLEY PICK-UPS FOR THESE ITEMS.  PICK-UPS WILL BE MADE ON THE SAME DAY AS NORMAL REFUSE COLLECTION.  ITEMS SHOULD BE PLACED AT THE CURB BY THE EVENING BEFORE THE SCHEDULED PICK-UP.  NO CALL BACKS CAN BE MADE.

CITY OF CHANUTE RESIDENTS WILL HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE CITY LANDFILL, EXCLUDING TIRES, LEAVES, GRASS CLIPPINGS AND CONSTRUCTION/REMODELING MATERIALS.  LANDFILL HOURS DURING THIS WEEK ARE MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY 8AM TO 5PM.

BENEFIT RIDE
APRIL 26, 2014 l CHANUTE

THERE WILL BE A BENEFIT RIDE FOR TERRY MAYFIELD'S BATTLE WITH CANCER.  STARTS AT THE RENDEZVOUS AT NOON, SIGN UP STARTS AT 11AM.

EVENING ENTERNAINMENT INCLUDES:

FOOD (COVERED DISHES ARE REQUESTED), DRAWINGS THROUGHOUT THE EVENING, AND MUSIC.  DOUG TOON PLAYING ACOUSTIC, 1ST BAND "BACKWOOD BUZZ" STARTS AT 8PM, 2ND BAND "HILBILY BUS STOP" STARTS AT 10PM.  MAIN DRAWING IS FOR A MOSSBERG 500 PUMP 12 GAUGE. **

**MUST BE 18 TO WIN AND PASS ATF BACKGROUND CHECK.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT TO WIN.  $2.00 DONATION FOR EACH TICKET.

ALL PROCEEDS GO TO TERRY AND SHARON MAYFIELD.

$10.00 PER PERSON, $15.00 PER COUPLE FOR BENEFIT.  INCLUDES RIDE, FOOD AND MUSIC.  $5.00 PER PERSON FOR FOOD AND BANDS ONLY.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE: ANYONE IN NEED OF FOOD ASSISTANCE.

WHAT IS REQUIRED: GUESTS SIGN IN WITH THEIR NAME, ADDRESS AND NUMBER IN HOUSEHOLD.

LIMIT ONE VISIT PER HOUSEHOLD.

GUESTS MAY ONLY PICK UP FOR ONE HOUSEHOLD.
